I'm interested to see contributions to this subject with toolkits, software, templates etc that can help the readers with practical day-to-day IT management.

I have a small site that posts a tool I have developed for this purpose (http://eitm.gotdns.com/). Is this a good starting point for a perhaps new sub category: Information technology management tools?
