This category would be much more useful if the assembly plants included an indication of which company manages or owns the facility. I'm very reluctant to try to "fix" this since it seems to be a magic art. My assumption is that it can be done by changing the name of the article (probably not a great idea) or maybe by piping the individual category tags to create an alternate title. There also seems to be some confusion over what this is a category of - is it final assembly plants or any plant involved in the manufacturing of "vehicles"?

Given that the US Congress is about to discuss bailing out "US Car Companies" (whatever that means), this category may become more important shortly. StreamingRadioGuide (talk) 01:04, 17 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]
