There is a clear value to a navigational list of narrow gauge railways in Wales. I would suggest that this category should therefore list them, not merely become a supercategory for railways by gauge. Many readers may know the name of a line, but not its gauge. The past few weeks I created "narrow gauge railways in..." articles for almost every European country, like Narrow gauge railways in Germany (see the {Europe in topic|Narrow gauge railways in} template). The former situation was that the "Narrow gauge Railways in Wales" category contained a flat list consisting of 50-65 railways without any properties like gauge, location, still in service or not, length, etc. Just a flat list isn't very useful in my opinion.
