Saddam Hussein[edit]

Someone added him, although Saddam's inclusion seems doubtful to me. He was convicted of a whole munch of murders, but nothing coming close to genocide or crimes against humanity. He could've been, for sure, but the Americans/Iraqis just wanted to kill him... they didn't care about justice.
