I am from Sri Lanka and aged is 64 years male. Namely Camil Bernard and Catholic person. I am suffering from both knee pains and it has been continuing for 14 years. As the result of this disease I disabled to do my private matters too. Doctors are advice for knee replacement as a patient of Osteoathritis but I don't have money and some companies are imported those medical equipments after the payments in Sri Lanka. Both knees are cost 4000 dollars approximately and I live alone and no one to help me. There are some charitable organizations are located here but they don't have energy for that type of task and I found you sir as a result of the Almighty of God sir. If you want anymore details about this request I would be able to do it. I want either that both knees or that amount of cost only sir. I will attach some scan reports herewith for your information sir. Please help me instead of God. My other body features are safe and fit. Only this and it is caused to a mental unconsciousness to me unexpectedly sir. I can do anything after this surgery. Please help me. I am appealing you with kindly and faithfully sir.
