Added[edit]

I recently added my article, Indeterminacy in philosophy, to this category and it isn't showing up in alphabetical order in the "Pages in category 'Philosophy of science'" section; it's currently right at the front. I don't know how to fix this; just so everyone knows, I didn't just put my own article at the top of the list on purpose. Tastyummy 14:37, 20 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

a word that means the same front or backwards

Philosophy of science vs epistemology[edit]

"Philosophy of science is also called epistemology" I disagree with this because Epistemology can be seen (see the article) as "the branch of philosophy that studies the nature and scope of knowledge" and knowledge is not the property of science. The category Epistemology should not be in the category Philosophy of science. Chrisdel 11:26, 10 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]
