Consider merging `chemical physics journals' with `physical chemistry journals'

I think it would be a good idea to merge the categories `chemical physics journals' with `physical chemistry journals'. The topic of these journals overlap very widely and it would be more convenient to keep a unique list. I would also add journals in molecular physics.
