Renaming to Haida Gwaii[edit]

as of December 11, 2009 the Queen Charlotte Islands have been renamed "Haida Gwaii". Surely we should change the name of the Category to match. [[1]]

Typically categories are named to match the main article about the subject. In this case, the article is still called Queen Charlotte Islands, although there has been some discussion of renaming on the talk page for that article. If/when the article is renamed, then a proposal to rename the category would probably be favorably received at Wikipedia:Categories for discussion. --RL0919 (talk) 04:03, 23 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
