Remove from Writers by Language?

As there are number of Sámi people who are writers who choose their primary authorship language prior to any sort of translation as another language, such as Swedish, Finnish, or Norwegian, while it makes sense of Sami-language writers to be a part of Writers by Language, and it makes sense for Sami-language writers to be a subcategory of this category, it is still worth having Sami writers as a part of the Writers by Language category? Categorization - Addition or Deletion of Bestselling Sami authors

I understand the concern about overloading categories, although they can be helpful for web browsers to find via a tag. The category branched was styled after Category:Bestselling Swedish-language authors and Category:Bestselling case authors. Therefore, either there needs to be a policy against creating a Bestseller category altogether or I humbly request that I am able to add this category seeing as it isn't fair to have one allowed for two groups and not for another. Furthermore, "Bestseller" is not a subjective category, as it is intended to only be used for authors whose books have made it to a Bestseller list which is quantified based on the number of books sold.
