Wording of explanation of inclusion in category at start[edit]

I have changed the wording of the explanatory text to remove references to current parliamentary candidates and MPs. As I have explained in Category talk:Liberal Party (UK) parliamentary candidates and the Liberal Party officially ceased to exist in 1988 when it merged with the SDP to form the Liberal Democrats. The Scottish Liberal Party ceased to exist at the same time, becoming part of the Scottish Liberal Democrats. Thus there can be no current Scottish Liberal parliamentary candidates.
