This is turning into a general dumping ground for wiktionary article duplicates. They are mainly concerned with languaeg usage and etymology, not encyclopedic terms or concepts. Why are we keeping articles on individual affixes when this is so obviously something that belongs in a dictionary? Why not just ask to have wiktionary merged with wikipedia and be done with it?

  • Can you provide examples of articles which obviously belong in wiktionary being kept? Kappa 00:12, 15 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]
All of the articles in the category. They're all language suffixes, not encyclopedic concepts in of themselves. Especialy ones like -ic, -cracy, and -nomy.
