Is there a category for planned nuclear reactors? And I also want to point out that most articles are formed around each nuclear plant, meaning that they have many reactors. So there would be plenty of articles that would (or should) be tagged as "nuclear reactors in (country)" and as "Uncompleted nuclear reactors" or "Planned nuclear reactors", right?
