Help, I put in an offer on a home and the bank accepted the offer and had sent a contract via email, I was on my way to the bank when I received an email that said, oops sorry we just got an offer for more money, so you will need to submit best offer, this was after they said yes, in email and I was going to send signed and the money. Is this legal? Can I do anything about this. I'm very upset and find it to be shady at best. Thank you for any assistance you can provide. Is there a group or person that I can contact to get help with this.. Thank you in advance, Tammy
