Charlie Sadler (born May 6, 1949) is a former American football coach. He served as the head football coach at Northern Illinois University from 1991 to 1995, compiling a record of 18–37.[1] Sadler was the defensive ends coach at Texas Tech University from 2003 to 2009. He previously held coaching positions at the University of Oklahoma, the University of Missouri, and Iowa State University.
