Connect2India is an international trading platform that enables micro, small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to import from and export to India.[1]

Foundation[edit]

The company was founded December of 2015 by Pawan Gupta.[2][3] He developed the platform to present transparent, accurate, analytical and complete information on trading parameters, which Indian SME traders previously lacked.[4]

Expansion[edit]

Connect2India uses blockchain technology combined with GPS, RFID and IoT to counter International Trade Frauds.[5] It is a platform where an enterprise or an individual from anywhere can find global opportunities to trade from India.[6] It was later initiated in both tier 2 and tier 3 cities of India.[7]

Business[edit]

Connect2India is world's trade information provider. Its service delivers to twenty cities of India that includes Pune, Ahmedabad, Ludhiana, Indore, Kanpur, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Delhi Surat, Jaipur, Rajkot and Varanasi.[8][9] All enterprises from major countries draw trade informations and get complete trading solutions by enabling market place of traders.[10] The company also provides this information to five major European countries like Germany, France, Belgium, Italy and Spain.[11][12] Connect2India uses internet and technology and is listing 7.5 million SMEs. It provides trading platform in sectors like agriculture, machinery, handicrafts, paper, garments, etc.[13][14][15]
