The Democratic Revolutionary Council (French: Conseil démocratique révolutionnaire or CDR), active in Chad, was a faction of FROLINAT founded by Ahmat Acyl[2] and later headed by Acheikh ibn Oumar and was also known as the New Volcan Army.[3]
