Deyhuk Rural District (Persian: دهستان ديهوك)[3] is in Deyhuk District of Tabas County, South Khorasan province, Iran.[4] It is administered from the city of Deyhuk.[5]

At the National Census of 2006, its population (as a part of Yazd province) was 1,926 in 526 households.[6] There were 2,502 inhabitants in 627 households at the following census of 2011.[7] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 2,793 in 680 households, by which time the county had been separated from the province and become a part of South Khorasan province.[8] The most populous of its 56 villages was Esfahak, with 763 people.[2]
