The 1969 Torneio Norte-Nordeste was the 2nd edition of a football competition held in Brazil. In the finals, Ceará defeated Remo 7–6 on aggregate to win their first title and earn the right to play in the Torneio dos Campeões da CBD, but that competition wasn't held.[1]
