The 2023 NJIT Highlanders men's volleyball team represents New Jersey Institute of Technology in the 2023 NCAA Division I & II men's volleyball season. The Highlanders, led by 8th year head coach Danny Goncalves,[1] the EIVA 2021 coach of the year,[2] play their home games at Wellness and Events Center. The Highlanders are members of the Eastern Intercollegiate Volleyball Association and were picked to finish second the EIVA in the preseason poll.[3]
