Located in Masanhappo-gu, Changwon City, 3.15 Marine Nuri Park (3·15 해양누리공원) is the largest sea rest area in South Korea with a total length of 2.3km (1.43 mi.).[1]

The park extends between Masan Port's West Port Pier, Pier 1, and Central Pier, and is equipped with sports facilities such as a basketball court, tennis court and gateball court, a water park, a floor fountain, and an outdoor stage.[2] During summer scorching temperatures, the kids' playground is transformed into a water park for the children to play in.[3]

Most of the facilities offered are free and reservations must be made up to 14 days in advance. It is not possible to book for more than two consecutive hours at a time. Visitors should visit the official website to make a reservation.

The bridge at 3.15 Marine Nuri Park is made of steel pipes and the ground made of wood. It is 125m long and connects the West Port district to the new maritime city. At night, the lights on the bridge illuminate to shine through the night.[4]

The park holds many events throughout the year, such as the Gagopa Chrysanthemum Festival or the Blue Bay Music Festival.[5]
