"Adolf Rizzer" is an online internet Meme/Slang, which closely resembling Adolf Hitler, a German Dictator from 1933-1945. It might be considered offensive, since it is a parody of a dictator who caused the death of many people, especially the Jews, disabled, and others that the Nazi Party find "lower than the human race".
