Adriaan Mynhardt Van Schoor was an editor and author in South Africa.

He ket with Robert F. Kennedy during the U. S. senator's visit to South Africa in 1966.

Van Schoor was a cadet journalist at Die Burger before working at Die Vaderland in Pretoria. It moved to Johannesburg in 1936. Van Schoor served as Director of the South Africa Foundation, an organization working for "the sustainability of the independent homeland system with the maintenance of Baasskap or white superiority." By 1966 he was the Editor-in-Chief of Die Vaderland. He was one of five Afrikaans newspaper editors invited by Robert F. Kennedy to attend a private meeting.[1]

He reviewed Oom Paul. He edited a 1961 biography of André Huguenet.
