Alice Cast (born March 9, 1900) is a British athlete, specialist in sprint events.
She was the first world record holder in the 200 meters, then governed by the Fédération Sportive Féminine Internationale, setting the time of 27.8+ on April 20, 1922 in Paris1.
She won the silver medal in the 300 meters at the 1922 Women's World Games.
