Apparently it's actually Amanda F. Million ^[1]

Amanda Million was a school superintendent in Kentucky. She was the first woman to serve as a county superintendent of schools in Kentucky.^[2] She was appointed to the position in Madison County in 1886 after her husband Jackson T. Million's death.^[3] She succeeded him in office.^[4]
