Avocondo Acres^[1], also known as Avacondo Acres^[2], is a retirement community that appears in the episode "Ma and Pa's Big Hurrah."

Role in episode[edit]

SpongeBob's mother and father are both living in this retirement home, and call SpongeBob to ask if they could stay at his place. until their avacondo grows back.

When SpongeBob destroys his house in a fit of pent-up anger, his parents take him back to Avocondo Acres while his house is being rebuilt.

Trivia[edit]

This is the first retirement community to be introduced in the main series since Dullsville Senior Living from "Plankton Retires." Outside of the main series, The Patrick Star Show introduced Pappy Farms in "The Yard Sale."
