Elizabeth "Betsie" Lyne (Hoskins) Montague (February 24, 1868 - April 24, 1951) was the first lady of Virginia and an activist. She was the wife of Andrew Jackson Montague.

She was from a prominent family.[1] She moved with her husband from Danville to Richmond when he became Attorney General of Virginia in 1898.[2]

She served as president of the Home of Needy Confederate Women, succeeding Mary Custis Lee, and helped the group build a new home in Richmond.[3][4]
