Bill Harris is a financial technology executive.[1] who was CEO of PayPal[2], Personal Capital[3], and One Finance[4].

Harris was president of ChipSoft[5], the makers of TurboTax[6], which went public and then merged with Intuit, the makers of Quicken[7] and QuickBooks[8]. He subsequently became CEO of Intuit[9], working with founder Scott Cook[10] and chairman Bill Campbell[11]. His latest venture is called Evergreen Money[12]
