Breakneck is an upcoming sports action movie based around Formula E racing. Jim Byrkit will direct from a screenplay by Nick Kocher.
Synopsis[edit]
A female protagonist moves between the racing world and the life of a getaway driver.[1]
Production[edit]
The film is being produced by 8th Gear Entertainment and Radar Pictures. It is being made in partnership with FIA ABB Formula E. In February 2023 James Leon and Ted Field and Justin Smith were announced as producers. Executive producers include Daniel Homedes and script writer Nick Kocher. The project was announced to have a schedule to begin shooting in London with principal photography slated to begin in July 2023.[2]
