Budujme stát pro 40 000 000 lidí (Building a state for 40,000,000 people) is a visionary book by Jan Antonín Baťa, first published in 1937 in Zlín, with a page count of 158.
The book discusses how the Czechoslovak Republic could reach even higher levels in the economic, technical, and transportation fields. In the book, Baťa stated that with better methods in mining and agriculture, by building transportation infrastructure, and subsequently expanding crafts and trade, the country could support 40 million people.[1]
