From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Building The Legend Limited is an English company, originally based in Bishops Castle, Shropshire, founded in 2012 by Neville Swales.

Best known as re-creators of the Jaguar Le Mans Prototype car, the 1966 XJ13. Their first car was a finalist in the 2016 International Historic Motoring Awards in the category Car of the Year. Neville's cars uniquely create the car as it first saw the light of day in the summer of 1966 - as envisaged by its Designer Malcolm Sayer.

In 2016 Building The Legend moved to Coventry and in 2023 was a finalist International Historic Motoring Awards in the category Specialist of the Year.
