Chad Morrison is an American chess player. He competed in the Katara International Bullet Chess tournament with a high finish. The winner of the tournament was Magnus Carlsen. At the time of the tournament Magnus Carlsen was the FIDE world chess champion. Additionally he was recognized for defeating two International Chess Masters, including International Master Alexander Ulanov of Russia. Ulanov had most notably competed in the Chigorin Memorial and the Russian higher league championship on two occasions. Most notably Chad Morrison was recognized in the article for defeating many top AI chess programs.
