With its user-friendly interface and a comprehensive library of connectors, Cloudpipes simplified the intricate task of connecting disparate applications and services.

Founded in 2015 by Boris Raichef, Marco Starace, and Spartak Kabakchiev, Cloudpipes emerged with a mission to simplify integration and automation for businesses. Boris Raichef served as the CEO, Marco Starace as the COO, and Spartak Kabakchiev as the Strategic Partnerships Director. Drawing on their backgrounds in software engineering and business development, the founders envisioned a platform to eliminate integration complexities, allowing organisations to focus on core activities. Over time, Cloudpipes evolved into a prominent solution for optimising workflows and improving business efficiency.

In mid-2016, Cloudpipes entered its beta phase, initially as a private beta before transitioning to a public beta.

In March 2017, Cloudpipes announced a partnership with Masergy[1] to expand cloud connectivity options for its Global UCaaS solution.

By early 2018, the platform was officially launched, becoming accessible to the public.

In August 2019, Cloudpipes underwent a significant transformation through its acquisition[2] by Quickbase, backed by Vista Equity Partners. This strategic move aimed to enhance Quickbase's integration capabilities and expand its offerings in the low-code application development sector. The acquisition synergized the expertise and technologies of both companies, with Cloudpipes' robust integration platform complementing Quickbase's existing features.
