The D R Kulhalli Company, otherwise known as "The Kulhalli Company", is a construction and development company headquartered in Pashan, Pune. It designs and constructs apartment blocks, houses and public buildings. It is most known for developing and owning large parts of Pashan and Panchawati.

As of July 2022, the companies latest construction was "Nishigandh", which finished construction in December of 2015.^[1]

Apartments[edit]

The Kulhalli Company has built many apartments in the Pune area, most notably "Nishighandh"^[2], "Durvankur 1" and "Durvankur 2". "Nishighandh" is the newest of them all, being built in 2015.

Houses[edit]

The Kulhalli Company also built many housing developments and societies, mostly targeted towards upper-class families and individuals looking to live in larger, more luxury housing estates, instead of the usual denser and smaller apartments. An example of one of their housing estates is the "D R Kulhalli Company Housing Park",^[3] located in Panchawati, Pune.
