Daniel Newton Straup (September 29, 1862 – November 1, 1945)[1] was a justice of the Utah Supreme Court from 1905 to 1917, and again from 1925 to 1935, serving as chief justice from 1908 to 1910, 1915 to 1917, and 1933 to 1935.[2]
