  • Comment: I do not see the relevance of adding funding rounds. It isn't encyclopedic and something only the company would want to read about. I would also suggest reading WP:SIRS as a press release was added which can never be used to establish notability. Outside of the Business Insider reference, I do not see anything that isn't a brief mention or routine announcement according to WP:ORGCRIT. CNMall41 (talk) 05:05, 22 August 2023 (UTC)

Deliverect is a Belgium based B2B Software as a Service (SaaS) company that creates digital ordering and delivery software for restaurants.[1] The company's platform integrates orders from online food delivery platforms with a restaurant's existing point-of-sale (POS) system to allow restaurant's to accept orders from multiple channels. The technology employs a combination of APIs and cloud-based infrastructure.

History[edit]

Deliverect was founded in 2018 by Jan Hollez, Zhong Xu, Jelte Vrijhoef, and Jerome Laredo. The company's first product was software that consolidated orders from food delivery platforms into a single view.

As of August 2023, Deliverect has developed over 400 integrations ranging from point-of-sale systems,[2] menu and inventory management, q-commerce, fulfillment and delivery platform solutions. These include Toast,[3] Square, Uber Eats, DoorDash and Grubhub.[4]

The company has raised funds from Redpoint Ventures,[5] OMERS Ventures,[6] Coatue Management, DST Global, SmartFin Capital, Newion Investments[7] and private investors.

In January 2022, Deliverect completed it's series D funding round with a valuation over 1 billion dollars.[8][9]

In January 2023, Tesco brand One Stop announced it would be expanding its online delivery using Deliverect software.[10][11]

On May 10th, 2023, Deliverect announced that it had acquired ChatFood,[12][13] a software solution focused in social media ordering, order and pay at table, and loyalty.

On September 15th, 2023 Deliverect and Uber announced a partnership where Deliverect will preferentially route deliveries via Uber Direct's delivery service.[14]

On January 17th, 2024 Little Caesars announced they would be partnering with Deliverect to help integrate and scale its global third-party delivery operations.[15]
