Draft:Demonolatry

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Demonolatry is the religious practice of convening with demons. It is often confused with Satanism, the act of convening with demons for the purpose of worshiping the Abrahamic Satan. Demonolatry, in contrast, is the practice of worshipping specific spiritual entities referred to as demons, considered distinct from the Abrahamic view of demons. Many practitioners believe these demons to be the gods ancient cultures worshipped, such as members of the Egyptian Pantheon[1]
