Submission declined on 27 January 2023 by I dream of horses (talk). This submission does not appear to be written in the formal tone expected of an encyclopedia article. Entries should be written from a neutral point of view, and should refer to a range of independent, reliable, published sources. Please rewrite your submission in a more encyclopedic format. Please make sure to avoid peacock terms that promote the subject. Declined by I dream of horses 15 months ago. |

Devler.io is a platform that matches software products with freelance engineers from Eastern Europe. This platform can also be called a marketplace, and it is headquartered in Cherkasy, Ukraine. It was founded by Yuriy Dobrianskiy in 2021.
History[edit]
According to Yuriy Dobrianskiy, over the past ten years he and his team have encountered skilled developers who want more autonomy, including the freedom to set their own schedules, choose where they want to work, and choose higher-paying projects. While outsourcing agencies are responsible for covering administrative expenses like bench, holidays, and vacations, which must be taken into account when setting the customer rate.
After conducting extensive research, Yuriy Dobriasnkiy created a service that is designed to be as transparent and efficient as possible[1]. His vision was to create a community where highly skilled developers from Ukraine, Poland, Hungary, Croatia, and other Eastern European countries could be independent in their workflow and earn more money than the going rate[2]. The company's name was chosen in association with the Turkish word Devler, which means 'giants'.
Devler.io was created by Ukrainians and the team currently values when businesses reach out to Ukrainian companies for software help. This supports the country’s IT sector[3] and local economy[4] during this time.
Services and technologies[edit]
Staff augmentation is a key service offered by Devler.io. Their engineers are proficient in Ruby on Rails, JavaScript and ReactJS, React Native, NodeJS, Angular, as well as Python and Swift.
