Dhruv Ashutosh Jog (born 19 December 1985) is a Tanzanian businessman with interests in construction, real estate development, food and beverage , and aggregate/sand manufacturing. He serves as the owner and managing director of Advent Construction Ltd] in Tanzania.[1][2] Jog is also a shareholder and director in several group companies, for example, JV Developers Ltd.

Early life and education[edit]

Jog is the firstborn child of Ashutosh and Veena Jog, the founders of Advent Construction Ltd.[3]

Jog obtained dual undergraduate degrees in Management and Marketing from Edith Cowan University in Perth, Australia. Followed by an MBA with a specialization in finance and management from La Trobe University in Melbourne, Australia. He is enrolled in an executive education program at Harvard Business School in Boston, USA.

Career[edit]

From 2006, Jog assumed the role of Managing Director at Advent Construction Limited, taking over the family business. Upon his return to Tanzania, after living in Kenya and Australia, he actively consolidated all the group companies, fostering significant growth.[4]
