Donnan Stephenson (November 21, 1919 – January 10, 2000)^[1] was a justice of the New Mexico Supreme Court from January 1, 1971, until his retirement on June 30, 1976.

Born in La Harpe, Kansas.^[1]

He was a veteran of World War II, serving with the U.S. Navy aboard the USS Herndon No. 638. He received the bronze star. He retired as a lieutenant commander in the Navy Reserve. He was graduated from the University of Kansas and the University of Kansas Law School.^[1]
