Eddid Financial, sometimes known as Eddid Financial Group,[3] fully referred to as Eddid Financial Holdings Ltd.,[4] or simply as Eddid,[5] is a financial services company focussed on FinTech.[6] It was founded in 2015,[7] and is headquartered in Hong Kong.[8] The company is regulated by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission.[9] Its current CEO is Jerry Tse,[10] who is the former chairman of the investment banking arm of Everbright Securities in Hong Kong,[11]

The company provides financial services to individual and corporate clients.[12] It is mainly engaged in securities and futures trading,[13] asset management, foreign exchange trading, and financial technology.[14] Its operations are conducted through Eddid and its subsidiaries, such as, Eddid Securities USA Inc.,[15] and Eddid Securities & Futures.[16] The firm owns and operates a trading app called Eddid ONE.[17]

In November 2022, Eddid invested in Q9 Capital.[18] In March 2023, the company entered into a joint venture agreement with Malaysia-based Managepay.[19] In September, it launched an AI financial news program.[20]

By March 2024, Eddid had helped WellCell Holdings,[21] YH Entertainment,[22] and Readboy Education[23] complete their IPOs in Hong Kong. It also served as an underwriter for AMTD Digital's U.S. IPO.[24]
