Edward Woodward Gilpin (July 13, 1803 – April 29, 1876)[1][2] was a justice of the Delaware Supreme Court from 1857 until his death in 1876.

Born in Wilmington, Delaware.[2]

Appointed by former Governor Peter F. Causey as Chief Justice of Delaware and began service on May 6, 1857.[3][4]
