Edward Higbee (January 1, 1847 – February 16, 1929)[1] was a justice of the Supreme Court of Missouri from 1921 to 1922.[2]

He was born in Ashland, Ohio and moved with his family to Iowa.

Appointed from Adair County, Missouri.

Elected to fill out the remainder of the term of Charles B. Faris, who had left the court for a federal judicial appointment.[3]
