Edward Vorkapich (1930-1998) was a Hollywood cinematographer and film director. He is the son of Serbian-born film montage innovator Slavko Vorkapich and Marie Denyse Sentour. Edward was born in Los Angeles, California, U.S.A. on 1 May 1930 and passed away on 22 August 1998 in Prattsville (town), New York[1]. Edward Vorkapich is known for his creative work on "I Bury the Living"[2] with Richard Boone(1958), and "Face of Fire" (1959), shot outside of Stockholm[3][4]. He worked on many film assignments in America and Europe, collaborating with his father. He worked on many avant-garde films and was associated for a time with Libra Productions[5]. He also worked with his father on The Mask", the legendary 1961 spook-show classic filmed in Canada.
