Background[edit]

Egalite Suwannaruang (preferred name Ete) is a music scholar studying at Wellington College International School Bangkok. He won the scholarship for his piano playing.

He was born in Thailand.

Description[edit]

Egalite is 159 centimeters tall.

Achievements[edit]

Egalite was ranked 17 on the BBB Monthly April Chess, a competition hosted at Thaniya Plaza, Bangkok, Thailand. He went up from rank 26, his starting rank.[1] At the 2021 Trinity Awards Thailand, he received Third Place in the Grade 6 Piano category, achieving 98 marks out of 100.[2] He said, "I feel happy and proud to receive this valuable award, I will strive to pass Trinity's Grade 8 exam and become a good pianist." In the same year, he was an SIPC (Amateur) Finalist. In December 2023, he had a chess Blitz rating of 1283 and Rapid rating of 1321.[3] In 2020, he entered the 7th-HKYPAF-Live-Broadcast Final Round in the category Piano Open Class- Junior Class A and the Piano Grading Class -Grade 5.
