Elvin Columbus McCary (February 27, 1907 - September 27, 1981) was a real estate developer and politician in Alabama. He served in the Alabama House of Representatives and the Alabama Senate. He was also a candidate for governor of Alabama and was the 1974 Republican nominee. He was born in Anniston, Alabama. He died and is buried in Anniston.

Cicero Columbus McCary and Annie Mae (Power) McCary were his parents.[5]
