Emanuel F. Heisler (Jr.???) was a newspaper publisher in Kansas City, Kansas.[1]

His father, Emanuel F. Heisler, was an immigrant from Württemberg.

He established the Louisburg Herald in Louisburg, Kansas[2] in 1876. He established the Kansas City Sun in 1889.[1] It was documented as a weekly in 1916.[3]

He appointed by the governor to the board of Western University
