The Euro-Balkan University (EUBA) (Macedonian: Универзитет „Евро-Балкан“ во Скопје) is a private higher education institution located in Skopje, North Macedonia. Established in 1999, the university offers undergraduate and graduate programs in a variety of fields, including global studies, applied arts and cultural studies.[2] The university is also one of the first private universities to be established in the capital city of Skopje. The university has come to the fore especially in the field of social sciences. The main ones are gender studies[3] and Byzantine history studies.[4][5] An understanding of education has been adopted with the emphasis on the synthesis of Europe and the Balkans.

EUBA also hosts a number of international conferences and events, promoting academic and cultural exchange in the region.

In terms of academic quality, EUBA has been accredited by the North Macedonian Ministry of Education and Science, and is a member of the European University Association.
