Fayza Lamari , born in Bondy on September 17, 1974 , is a handball player and then French businesswoman , advisor to several professional footballers including her son Kylian Mbappé .

Childhood and education[edit]
Born in Bondy to parents. Fayza Lamari was a professional handball player at AS Bondy in division 1 from 1990 until 2001. After studying educational sciences , she worked as a leisure center facilitator.
Player representation[edit]
Fayza Lamari played a decisive role in managing the career of her son Kylian Mbappé from the beginning, her husband focusing on the sporting aspect. When Kylian, at 15, signed for AS Monaco FC, Fayza left her role as host to become his advisor, for the financial aspect, image rights and communication
She directly or indirectly chairs several companies created by Kylian Mbappé and whose purpose covers the exploitation of the image of high-level athletes , communications consulting and the design and production of advertising campaigns, notably KEWJF , created in 2017 and renamed Interconnected Venture at the end of 2023 , then Saziley Comunication, created in 2022 , as well as the French subsidiary of the audiovisual production company Zebra Valley launched by Kylian in partnership with the Hollywood agency WME Sports in 2022. It is also the manager of the family real estate company Ohzora (2020) .
She manages the association “Inspired by Kylian Mbappé” created in 2020 by Kylian Mbappé to help 98 young people aged 13 to 21 achieve their professional dream in culture, sport or education . In return for her commitment, she says she convinced her son to donate 30% of the profits from her companies to the association .
In 2022, she plays an essential role in Kylian Mbappé's negotiations with Real Madrid and PSG , which will result in his extension with the latter , although she wanted him to leave . She creates in June a consulting and support agency, FLA , to represent the interests of footballers, starting with her sons Kylian and Ethan , which makes her considered “one of the most powerful people in football” , environment of which she understood everything . She plans to represent other players as well, much to the dismay of competing agents .
Private life[edit]
She was in a relationship with Wilfrid Mbappé , Franco - Cameroonian , football coach at AS Bondy . Having entered into a civil partnership in 2016, they separated in 2022 . Their two children, Kylian and Ethan , became professional footballers, like Jirès Kembo Ekoko , of whom Wilfrid is the legal guardian and whom they consider as their son .
