Founders Day is a 2023 American slasher film written, produced and directed by Erik Bloomquist. The film stars Naomi Grace, Devin Druid, William Russ, Catherine Curtin and Amy Hargreaves and follows a small Connecticut town that is terrorized by a serial killer just days before the town's election day for mayor.
The film premiered at the Popcorn Frights Film Festival in Fort Lauderdale, Florida on August 18, 2023 and received a theatrical release in the United States through Dark Sky Films on January 19, 2024. It received mixed reviews from critics.
