Francisco Javier Triguero Olmo (born 19 September 1991 in Jaén, Spain), is a Spanish singer and songwriter.[1] He is known for being one of the greatest authors of football anthems in Spain. He has composed and performed the anthems of Real Jaén, Unión Molinense and Club Deportivo Cieza.

Biography[edit]

In 2017 he released his first album with 10 of his own songs titled “Fran Triguero”, which received critical acclaim and reached more than 4 million views on digital platforms. His debut single, "Infieles"[2], achieved significant success with more than 200,000 views on YouTube and a notable presence on the charts of various radio stations in Spain, such as Canal Fiesta Radio, Radio Nervión and Rumbera Sevilla.

His first album featured music producer Alejandro de Pinedo, who has worked with renowned artists such as Enrique Iglesias, Rosa López and Raphael. On her first album, Fran had the collaboration of the talented María Villalón, winner of Factor X in Spain and featured participant of Tu Cara Me Suena on the song "Sin Tí".

In 2019 he released “Paseando por Granada (Mi Claudia)”. A song that tells a personal love story in the streets of Granada. This single featured the musical production of Santi Villar (Zahara, Soraya, Plan Marmota, Miguel Sáez, El Koala...).

During the following years, Fran Triguero released several singles. In 2021 he released the video clip for "Frente al Espejo". In 2022, “Princesa Pasajera” was released[3], whose video clip stars actress and television presenter Elena Olmos. In 2023 he released "Ayer fue Septiembre", again recorded in Granada.

Soccer Anthems[edit]

Fran Triguero is considered one of the most prominent composers and performers of football team anthems in Spain. In 2022 he released "100 Years of Illusion", the official anthem for the centenary of Real Jaén C.F., a historic Spanish football team[4]. In 2023 he published the official anthem of Unión Molinense[5], an iconic club from Molina de Segura (Murcia) and in 2024 he released "Esparteros a Luchar", the official anthem of the centenary of Club Deportivo Cieza, another historical piece of Murcian football[6]. He is the only artist in Spain with 3 anthems for different teams and with 2 centenary anthems.
